1. Agreement
By engaging ChaosLabs (“we”, “us”, “our”) for any services — including web development, design, hosting, or consulting — you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
ChaosLabs provides web development, UI/UX design, hosting, maintenance, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement.
3. Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final files and access are delivered.
- Hosting and maintenance fees are billed annually and must be paid in advance.
- We accept bank transfers (IBAN/CIH), Western Union, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT).
- Late payments may result in project suspension until the outstanding balance is settled.
4. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on the project scope. Delays caused by the Client (e.g., delayed feedback, content, or approvals) may extend the timeline. We will communicate any changes proactively.
5. Revisions
All plans include unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope. Requests that fall outside the original scope (new features, additional pages, or major redesigns) will be quoted separately and require approval before work begins.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership of the final deliverables, including source code, designs, and assets created specifically for the project.
- ChaosLabs retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
7. Hosting & Maintenance
- Hosting services include server administration, SSL certificates, uptime monitoring, and regular backups.
- Maintenance includes security updates, minor bug fixes, and performance monitoring.
- Feature additions or major changes beyond maintenance scope will be quoted separately.
- Either party may terminate hosting services with 30 days written notice.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, user data, and financial information.
9. Limitation of Liability
ChaosLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
10. Refund Policy
- The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
- If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon work, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Cancellations by the Client after work has started will be billed for time and resources already spent.
11. Warranty
We provide a 30-day warranty after project delivery, covering bug fixes for issues within the original project scope. This does not cover issues caused by third-party modifications or changes made by the Client.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
